I offer a variety of services tailored to meet your fitness and nutrition goals, including personalized workout plans, macro and habit based nutrition, one-on-one weekly check ins, progress tracking, and ongoing support and motivation. Whatever the goal is, wether fatloss or muscle building, it'll be personalized to you.


The equipment needed will depend on your specific fitness goals and the workout plan I create for you. Many of my clients successfully achieve their goals with minimal or no equipment, using bodyweight exercises and resistance bands. If you have access to a gym or home gym equipment, we can incorporate those into your plan as well. 


For some clients, focusing on building healthy habits and making small, sustainable changes is the key to long-term success. For others, tracking macronutrients might be more effective. During our initial consultation, we’ll discuss your current eating habits, health goals, and preferences. Together, we’ll develop a plan that introduces manageable changes to support your goals in a sustainable way. Regular check-ins ensure that your plan evolves with you and remains effective.


Tracking your food and progress is streamlined through two integrated apps. You will use a training app where you can log your body stats, upload progress pictures, and view graphs of your nutrition and habits. Additionally, you will track your nutrition and macronutrients using MyFitnessPal, which links directly to the training app. This integration allows us to see everything in one place, making it easier to monitor your progress, adjust your plans as needed, and stay on track toward your goals.
